Important Note: In the Free Edition, you can convert only 25 items from each folder within the MBOX file.
STEP 1
Download Jagware MBOX to PDF Converter Tool on your computer then launch it
Click on Select MBOX/MBX files to choose an MBOX file to convert.
Now, choose multiple MBOX files by holding the Shift key and pressing the down arrow key.
Browse saving location to desired location for the resultant PDF file.
Click on "Make a New Folder" to export the PDF files to a separate folder.
Browse the File Naming Option to organize the converted files in a specific manner.
Press the Convert button to initiate the MBOX to PDF conversion process.
Now, the software will display the live progress of the MBOX to PDF conversion.
The tool will prompt you with a completion message; press the OK button to proceed.
STEP 9
Finally, you can preview the converted PDF file to verify the mailbox data.
