STEP 1

Download and install Gmail Backup Tool on your computer then open it.

Enter Gmail email address and press on continue with Google to verify with two steps verifications.

Then software will redirect you to permission page and allows them to access their Google mailbox data.

Here, You can select file formats in the list of select saving options such as PDF, PST, EML, MBOX and many more.

Click on filter options and choose Advanced filter options to export selective mailbox data as per date range, subject, sender and recipients etc.

Now, Choose default location as desktop and select path for output file and press backup to begin the process.

After that, Gmail Backup Tool is running the process and see the live progress report to complete the process.
