STEP 1
Download and install the software on your computer and select email source list or email service as per your requirement.

It provides advanced filter feature to take managed emails according to the user comfort like specific date range, email address, subject, exclude folder and many more.
Now, You can easily select destination for resultant file to store email on a hard drive and external drive then press the backup button to begin the process.
After that, Email process is running the process and showing live progress report.
Now the email backup procedure has been completed with the message of completion.
STEP 9
After finishing the process, it will redirect you to the location of the resultant file as you have selected.
